Shipments Of Products

We ship products throughout Greece.

CAUTION! Missions abroad at the moment are not available!

Shipments within Attica for orders over than € 120 are FREE.

Shipments of goods are made depending on the volume, weight and destination, with internal courier companies and transport firms. In some regions the transport companies do not do home delivery so you will need to pick up your order from their branch in your area, by appointment.

Cash on delivery payments is available only in area of Athens. In the rest of Greece the shipment will occur with our carrier. Transport charges paid by the customer. In case of cash on delivery will be listed in the corresponding field of your order form sending confirmation. In all other cases you will be notified by the shipping company upon delivery. Ask us for an indication of cost for sending in your area.

Please let us know in case you wish to send your order to be with a courier company of your choice.

• · Other areas: after 3 working days

Packaging

The bicycles are delivered mounted, configured and packaged partially, so be ready to use and apply the factory warranty. If you wish to pick up your bike, not assembled, inside the box (in original packaging) let us know with an e-mail, telephone your order over to the referred to as observation.

Return Policy

Product returns are made only if the product you have received is faulty. Refund time limit shall be set at 15 days from the delivery date if you have already informed our company within 2 days from the date of receipt. In the event of damage during transport or when mounting/Assembly on your part, our company does not assume any liability.

Shipping Fees

• · For orders under € 120 in transport costs paid by the recipient.
• · Shipment in Athens : charge € 4.00 for parcels up to 2 kg (extra charge per kilo: € 1.25)
• · For Terrestrial and Island destinations: € 6.00 for parcels up to 2 kg (extra charge per kilo: € 1.25)
• · For inaccessible areas: € 11.00 for packages up to 2 kg (extra charge per kilo: € 3.00)
• · Cash on delivery fee: € 3.00
• · No payment by cash on delivery on bikes for shipment outside Attica.
• · Ask us for shipping cost outside Attica with bike transport company.
• · The shipping charge may change if the parcel has a large volume but remains 2 kg.
• · The above prices are subject to change without notice.
